Application of Welding Materials
Electrodes can be divided into two categories: acid electrode and alkaline electrode. The acid electrode commonly used in production is titanium calcium electrode, and the alkaline electrode is low hydrogen electrode mainly composed of carbonate and fluorite. Acid electrode arc is more stable, strong adaptability, AC and DC welding machine can be applied, but the mechanical properties of the weld is general, crack resistance is poor.
