Every day after work, before work temperature and humidity inspection (not less than twice a day) and record. Welding materials shall be stored in a dry warehouse with good ventilation. In order to prevent the welding material from being affected with damp and deterioration, the welding material shall be kept away from the ground and 300mm above the wall. When stacking the original boxes of welding materials, the height of each pile shall not exceed 1.5m and the width shall not exceed 2m. Appropriate space shall be reserved between the piles to facilitate ventilation.
3 3, welding materials storage must be correct, neat, safe and stable, see the number, easy to check, material label complete, obvious identification.
4, according to the brand, batch number, specifications, storage time is different, and there are obvious differences in identification, so as not to mix.
5. The storage time of welding rod and welding wire should not be too long, and the storage time from the date of making products (according to the specific storage conditions of the warehouse) should not exceed 24 months. The welding wires that have been unpacked for inspection shall be rewrapped. The welding rods that have been unpacked and recycled shall be wrapped into bundles with paper and corresponding marks (model, brand, specification, etc.) and recycling records shall be made to avoid confusion and wrong delivery. The paint color, mark and filling coefficient of steel cylinders equipped with welding shielding gas shall conform to the provisions of Safety Supervision Regulations for Gas Cylinders. Carbon dioxide and argon gas cylinders should be dedicated, not filled with other gases.
7. The welding gas cylinder shall be placed vertically in a ventilated and dry place to avoid heat and sunlight exposure. According to different gases, gas composition ratio, purity (such as pure argon and high purity argon), empty bottles and solid bottles are stored separately and clearly marked.
8. Measures shall be taken to fix the gas cylinder for welding protective gas to prevent safety accidents caused by gas cylinder dumping. Gas cylinders used for field welding must also be fixed.
